Business Analyst Consultant
Job Summary
To support modernization of external customer reporting, the full-time salaried Business Analyst Consultant will transition legacy BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports to modern reporting solutions like Power BI and SQL Server while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring data governance.
Key responsibilities:
- Support migration of legacy reporting assets to modern platforms under architectural guidance
- Develop and enhance reports using Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server reporting components
- Document requirements, reporting specifications, and business rules while validating reports through testing and quality assurance
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics
- 4+ years of experience documenting requirements and specifications for reporting solutions
- 4+ years of experience in report testing, data validation, and production support
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
- 3+ years of experience migrating BusinessObjects or Crystal Reports to modern BI platforms
