Business Analyst - Enrollment

Job Summary

To support the enrollment process, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Enrollment will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring user acceptance testing success, and troubleshooting system issues while collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements while collaborating on project plans and requirements management activities
• Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution, while providing guidance and training to end users
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and coordinate projects from concept through implementation to ensure timely deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Knowledge of 834 Enrollment and Maintenance transactions and ability to interpret EDI segments
• Experience in delivering high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies
