Job Summary

Managing and executing financial pay cycles for multiple Medicaid clients, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Financial Operations will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payments while maintaining high data integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and monitor pay cycles for multiple Medicaid clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
• Validate pay cycle data to confirm accuracy and compliance with Medicaid regulations
• Research and troubleshoot discrepancies, resolving issues promptly to maintain smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare or Medicaid
• Proficiency in data analysis and troubleshooting financial discrepancies
• 6+ months of experience with SQL Server, including reading and writing queries
• Ability to manage multiple pay cycles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Accounting background is a plus
