Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Business Analyst I will perform requirements gathering, functional and data analysis, and system design while collaborating with clients and stakeholders across multiple projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery discussions and document client requirements while ensuring project timelines are met
- Facilitate communication between clients, implementation teams, and stakeholders, and engage in product enhancements
- Maintain system documentation and conduct research and root cause analyses for compliance-related issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, or carrier systems and processes
- Familiarity with Benefitsolver preferred; conceptual understanding or prior experience is highly valued
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Concatenate Functions
- Experience with SQL and database management strongly preferred
