Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the contract Business Analyst I/II (Planning Analyst) will manage purchase requisitions, resource allocation, and workload planning while working remotely for a duration of 12 months with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, and track purchase requisitions for contractor resources to support analytical activities
- Partner with consultants and project leads to maintain monthly forecasts of contractor resource assignments
- Establish processes to monitor contractor assignments against project needs and proactively identify capacity constraints
Required qualifications:
- BS in Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint)
- Preferred experience with Utility/Energy operations and SAP
