Job Summary
Supporting business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time Business Analyst II will perform detailed analysis, identify user requirements, and assist with implementation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
- Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
- Develop operational reports and incorporate best practices into business applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with Genesys Cloud and contact center technologies is a plus
- Project management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data analysis
