Business Analyst II

Job Summary

To support critical business and operational needs, the full-time remote Business Analyst II will design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications while collaborating with end users to ensure successful adoption and ongoing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support new and existing software applications, including QNXT configuration
• Analyze business processes and system requirements to deliver effective technical solutions
• Provide application support by troubleshooting issues and developing user guides and training materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• 3 years of Medicare, benefits, reimbursement, and QNXT configuration experience preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to train and support users at all levels effectively
