Job Summary
Supporting business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time Business Analyst II will identify implementation barriers, conduct user acceptance testing, and improve existing processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
- Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend potential business solutions
- Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with advanced Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Familiarity with dashboards, reporting automation, and Power BI is a plus
- Project management experience preferred
