Business Analyst II
Job Summary
Supporting member communications in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Business Analyst II will gather, analyze, and document business requirements while partnering across various teams to ensure compliance with business and regulatory needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
- Identify and analyze business requirements and system dependencies to improve existing processes
- Perform detailed analysis on projects, documenting functional and technical requirements while assisting with testing and implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements
- Knowledge of member communications and regulated business processes
- Project management experience is preferred
