Business Analyst II
Job Summary
To support business initiatives, the full-time remote Business Analyst II will perform data analysis, identify implementation barriers, and conduct user acceptance testing for new systems while enhancing operational reports and improving existing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
- Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend potential business solutions for process improvement
- Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units to enhance performance management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Project management experience preferred
- Knowledge of managed care information systems and provider reimbursement methodologies preferred
- Previous structured testing experience preferred
