- Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
- Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units to enhance operational reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Project management experience preferred
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of clinical and operational needs
