Job Summary
Supporting Contact Center operations, the full-time remote Business Analyst II will design and maintain dashboards, automate reporting solutions, and analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights that enhance operational performance and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Contact Center reporting and analytics solutions
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and provide reporting and analytics that support operational and business objectives
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with data mining and query tools required
- 2+ years of SQL development and data analysis experience required
- Advanced experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with statistical analysis and analytical tools such as Python or SPSS preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
