Business Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time Business Analyst II will identify implementation barriers, conduct user acceptance testing, and recommend solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units for project implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
