Job Summary
Supporting business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time Business Analyst II will identify user requirements, analyze processes to improve efficiency, and assist with implementation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to identify implementation barriers and perform user acceptance testing of new systems
- Analyze user requirements and recommend business solutions to enhance existing processes
- Lead coordination efforts between business units and assist in updating departmental policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Project management experience preferred
