Business Analyst III

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time salaried Business Analyst III will perform advanced business and system analysis, coordinate process analysis, and support application and software enhancements, while working in a hybrid environment based in Round Rock, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technology solutions that improve business operations
• Analyze system and process changes, communicating findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
• Administer business applications, including user access management and system configuration, while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or six years of regulatory-based experience in a Business Analyst role
• Six years of Business Analyst experience in a regulatory environment, including two years in technology project development and three years in a project lead role
• Experience with SQL, reporting, and data visualization tools for decision-making
• Knowledge of FFELP regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with business analysis and reporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms
