Business Analyst III
Job Summary
Supporting business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time Business Analyst III will work remotely to identify implementation barriers, analyze user requirements, and recommend business solutions for pharmacy enrollment operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects and ensure successful implementations of business solutions
- Coordinate with various business units to develop and deliver training programs related to new business processes
- Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement in operational reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Project management experience preferred
- Experience with pharmacy benefits and enrollment highly preferred
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
