Business Analyst III

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized Business Analyst III, the remote position will manage customer requests through the Application and Platform Services intake process, ensure compliance with IT governance activities, and oversee IT asset management functions in support of NASA's eMITS contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer requests and lifecycle tracking through the Application and Platform Services intake process
• Execute IT governance activities and mature governance processes, boards, and templates
• Oversee end-to-end IT asset management, including acquisitions and compliance with NASA policies

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• Five years of relevant working experience
• Experience with form-builders or intake tools such as Power Apps
• Competence in managing structured data using Excel, Power Query, or SQL-based systems
• Experience with ticketing and service management systems like ServiceNow and Jira
