Business Analyst in Finance
Job Summary
Working as an embedded member of a 3-4 person BA team, the full-time Business Analyst in Finance will evaluate and improve user stories for a client onboarding system, engaging directly with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and facilitate discussions for documentation enhancement.
Key responsibilities
- Review existing user story libraries to identify gaps in business processes and workflows
- Assess user stories for completeness and alignment with business intent, rewriting as necessary
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to gather feedback and achieve formal sign-off on requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-6 years of business analysis experience in financial services or wealth management
- Proven experience in writing and reviewing user stories that are actionable for development teams
- Experience conducting interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Familiarity with financial advisor onboarding processes and compliance requirements
