Job Summary
Leading various analysis and interpretation efforts, the full-time remote Business Analyst IV will focus on healthcare claims data analysis, process improvements, and user acceptance testing to enhance operational performance and drive business initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the support of business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of various systems
- Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
- Perform detailed analysis on projects, ensuring successful implementation of business solutions and process revisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access
- Demonstrated experience analyzing healthcare claims data and driving process improvements
- Project management experience is preferred
