Business Analyst - Medicaid Operations

Job Summary

Supporting Medicare Buy-In operations, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Medicaid Operations will assist Medicare-eligible members with coverage, eligibility, enrollment, and Buy-In inquiries while coordinating resolutions with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Answer Buy-In calls regarding coverage, benefits, enrollment, and eligibility
• Research and resolve coordination-of-benefits, eligibility, coverage, and enrollment issues
• Document inquiries, findings, and resolutions in accordance with established procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare operations
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Parts A and B, and Medicaid
• Experience discussing healthcare coverage with members or beneficiaries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare systems
