Business Analyst Operational Excellence

Job Summary

Supporting the pillars of Operational Excellence, the full-time remote Business Analyst Operational Excellence will transform operational data into insights, develop tools and dashboards for leadership decision-making, and collaborate with various teams to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to track and sustain improvement initiatives across Amazon, Cargo, and Lean Six Sigma pillars
• Develop and maintain benefit-tracking models and dashboards to monitor financial and operational outcomes
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and presentations that summarize progress and financial impacts for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or project management
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables) and Power BI or Tableau
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
• Experience with SQL, databases, or scripting languages such as Python or R
