Business Analyst, Payments & Fraud
Job Summary
To drive performance and continuous improvement in the payments and fraud function, the fully remote Business Analyst, Payments & Fraud will support KPI development, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of payments and fraud KPIs, performance reporting, and post-launch analysis of new payment features
- Analyze payment decline drivers and develop optimization opportunities to improve authorization rates
- Communicate performance insights and recommend data-driven improvements across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analytics, preferably within payments and fraud
- Strong SQL expertise and experience with large, complex datasets
- Experience building dashboards and reporting in Tableau
- Familiarity with card-not-present (CNP) subscription-based payments is preferred
