Business Analyst, Payments & Fraud
Job Summary
To drive performance and insights in the payments and fraud function, the fully remote Business Analyst, Payments & Fraud will support KPI development, optimize SQL queries for data analysis, and build dashboards to monitor payment health and fraud trends.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of payments and fraud KPIs and performance reporting
- Analyze payment decline drivers and recommend optimization opportunities
- Communicate performance insights and root cause analysis across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analytics, preferably in payments and fraud
- Strong SQL expertise and experience with large datasets
- Experience building dashboards and reporting in Tableau
- Familiarity with card-not-present (CNP) subscription-based payments preferred
