Business Analyst, Planning & Analytics
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the remote Business Analyst, Planning & Analytics will manage forecasting and optimization of workforce capacity, acreage allocation, and portfolio demand while providing actionable insights to enhance operational planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain forecasts for workforce capacity and portfolio demand across lines of business
- Analyze current and projected capacity to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards to provide visibility into operational performance and capacity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- 3-8 years of experience in capacity planning, operations, or business analytics
- Experience building forecasts and resource models
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong experience in gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources
