Business Analyst - Policy Migration
Job Summary
Supporting the migration of policies from legacy systems, the full-time Business Analyst - Policy Migration will manage business requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business and user needs, performing gap analysis between source and target systems
- Develop conversion rules and mapping logic to address complex migration issues
- Guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts across multiple migration workstreams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly in policy administration system conversions or large-scale data migrations
- 2+ years of experience as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT/ETL teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reconciliation using Excel and SQL
- 2+ years of Agile project delivery experience
