Business Analyst - R&D
Job Summary
Supporting the R&D Advisory Group, the full-time remote Business Analyst - R&D will facilitate business process improvements, gather and document requirements, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate business and process workshops to enhance operational efficiency
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements, developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while partnering with business SMEs to define future-state processes
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in business analysis within the life sciences sector
- Strong knowledge of regulatory affairs business processes
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Experience supporting system implementations and UAT
- Proven workshop facilitation skills
