Business Analyst, Sales Analytics

Job Summary

To strengthen Zillow's sales engine, the full-time remote Business Analyst, Sales Analytics will manage forecasting, territory and pipeline data, and core sales processes to enable predictable and efficient revenue delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sales operations activities including pipeline tracking, territory updates, and performance reporting
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify variances, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for sales leaders
• Maintain high-quality sales data through regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and enforcing data entry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical/operational role
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools, such as Salesforce, for managing pipeline and forecasting data
• Proficiency in analyzing sales or operational data using SQL and building reports or dashboards in BI tools like Domo or Tableau
• Experience supporting cross-functional processes with Sales and at least one adjacent function, such as Marketing or Finance
