Business Analyst, Sales Technology

Job Summary

To support enterprise licensing initiatives, the full-time Business Analyst, Sales Technology will serve as a liaison between technology teams and stakeholders, focusing on system enhancements, product implementations, and process improvements in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for enterprise licensing by documenting and validating requirements and process flows
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including user acceptance and regression testing, while tracking defects through resolution
• Analyze operational data to identify service gaps and recommend automation or process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or 8 years of related work experience
• 3 years of experience in business analysis, insurance operations, or licensing, including requirements gathering and data analysis
• Strong knowledge of business analysis practices and software testing methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting platforms like Business Objects
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
