Business Analyst - Salesforce
Job Summary
Supporting the Release 2 implementation of nCino, the contract Business Analyst - Salesforce will work remotely to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into functional requirements, primarily focusing on commercial lending.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery discussions and document requirements for the nCino implementation
- Create user stories, workflow specifications, and design documentation to support the project
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment on functional requirements
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and a solid understanding of nCino
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements
- Ability to conduct discovery discussions and clarify business needs effectively
- Experience supporting Agile and Scrum environments, including using Azure DevOps for backlog management
