Business Analyst - Salesforce & nCino
Job Summary
To drive digital transformation initiatives in commercial banking, a contract Business Analyst - Salesforce & nCino will work remotely, focusing on requirements management, Salesforce and nCino solutions, and optimizing lending workflows across customer onboarding and credit operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions, documenting functional requirements and process flows
- Support the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce and nCino capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Analyze interfaces between Salesforce, nCino, and banking platforms, assisting in data migration and validation activities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in commercial banking or financial services
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
- Experience with nCino, particularly in commercial lending and credit underwriting
- Proficiency in technical knowledge such as REST APIs, SQL/SOQL, and ETL processes
- Solid understanding of commercial lending processes, KYC, and compliance within banking operations
