Job Summary
Supporting federal government data integration, the full-time remote Business Analyst Scrum Master will manage stakeholder engagement, translate business and technical needs into actionable backlogs, and facilitate Agile delivery practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements while maintaining traceability and addressing gaps
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, while managing backlog priorities and team metrics
- Prepare status updates, decision logs, and project artifacts, ensuring clear communication of technical dependencies to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum four years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or Scrum Master roles for software or data projects
- Experience in writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for integrations or data-intensive systems
- Working knowledge of APIs, databases, data pipelines, and common integration concepts
- Ability to facilitate discussions with federal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
