Business Analyst, Service Logistics

Job Summary

To enhance global service logistics operations, the full-time Business Analyst, Service Logistics will drive transportation optimization, network design support, and cost reduction initiatives while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize domestic and international transportation flows across the global Service Supply Chain
• Support global Service Logistics network design initiatives, evaluating transportation strategies and associated cost tradeoffs
• Establish logistics spend visibility and develop analytical models to support financial planning and cost reduction efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, or network optimization
• Strong working knowledge of international transportation and logistics, including cross-border distribution and freight movement
• Demonstrated experience analyzing transportation networks and logistics costs to develop actionable business recommendations
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI
