Business Analyst, Strategic Sourcing

Job Summary

Supporting the Strategic Sourcing team, the full-time Business Analyst, Strategic Sourcing will provide analytical reporting, project coordination, and supplier evaluation tools to facilitate informed purchasing decisions and effective negotiations, while working onsite at the corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track sourcing activity and metrics
• Develop presentations that communicate sourcing insights and recommendations to leadership
• Support sourcing processes by preparing documentation, evaluation models, and conducting vendor research

Required qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analytical reporting and presentations
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in sourcing or procurement processes is preferred
