Business Analyst - Student Accounts
Job Summary
To support the Student Enrollment and Account Management (SEAM) team, the full-time Business Analyst - Student Accounts will manage system operations related to student billing, tuition calculation, and technical support while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders and facilitate communication with the Information Systems team
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, troubleshoot technical issues, and support system testing and enhancements
- Document business process needs and manage user acceptance testing for new and existing systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Three years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related area
- Experience with system configuration and data integrity processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop test cases and oversee user-acceptance testing
- Familiarity with software development life cycle phases
