Business Analyst Tester

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Analyst Tester will analyze application requirements, establish and execute test plans, and perform various testing methodologies to support government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as both a business analyst and test engineer on customer projects, analyzing business and operating requirements to identify acceptance criteria
• Establish and execute test plans and test cases, performing functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure compliance with business requirements
• Compile test findings reports for stakeholders and contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in business analysis and/or testing, preferably with experience in Centers for Medicare Medicaid Services
• Experience with sprint-management applications, such as Jira
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced environment
