Job Summary
To support a dynamic development team, the remote Business Analyst - Tester will gather and analyze business and technical requirements, develop automated and manual test cases, and ensure the quality and reliability of software and automation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases to validate functionality and performance
- Collaborate with developers and RPA engineers to identify defects and areas for process improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or Automated Tester in software or automation projects
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing automated test cases using tools like Selenium or UiPath
