Business Analyst - Texas Licensed

Job Summary

Supporting requirements management activities, the full-time Business Analyst - Texas Licensed will gather, analyze, document, and maintain various business requirements while working remotely with project leads and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organizes, documents, updates, and maintains requirements throughout the project life cycle
• Assists in eliciting and analyzing business needs and stakeholder expectations to define clear requirements
• Documents business, functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements using approved templates and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or related fields
• Foundational understanding of business analysis practices and requirements documentation
• Ability to write clear and organized requirements and supporting documentation
• Familiarity with requirements traceability and testing concepts preferred
