Job Summary
Focusing on stakeholder analysis and requirement management, the remote Business Analyst V will assist in identifying innovative business solutions aligned with divisional strategic goals while performing business analysis on technology and improvement projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and lead the identification and clarification of innovative business solutions in alignment with corporate strategy
- Utilize analysis tools to deliver cost-effective solutions that meet business needs and improve efficiencies
- Foster partnerships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are represented and to enhance business analysis practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business analysis within employee benefits, financial services, or technology delivery
- Preferred certifications: Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
- Strong knowledge of design techniques and software such as Visual Basic, Java, and SQL
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills to support team development
