Facilitating alignment between business needs and reporting solutions, the full-time remote Business Analyst V - Wisconsin will serve as a liaison among users, leadership, and developers, focusing on Workday Financial Management and HCM reporting while supporting the reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities
- Partners with users and leadership to understand reporting needs and validate requirements through workshops
- Translates business requirements into detailed reporting specifications and evaluates requests against existing reporting tools
- Coordinates user acceptance testing and maintains traceability between requirements and delivered functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Workday Financial Management and HCM reporting processes
