Business Analyst - Virginia

Job Summary

Supporting end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, the remote Business Analyst - Virginia will translate Government operational requirements into actionable product requirements, manage the requirements lifecycle, and ensure alignment with business needs throughout design and deployment cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Government operational requirements into actionable product requirements and backlog items
• Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to refine business needs and document processes
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and coordinate with developers and stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility

Required qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product analysis
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise ITSM/ITOM or ServiceNow programs
