Job Summary
Supporting end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, the full-time Business Analyst - Virginia will translate Government operational requirements into actionable product requirements while maintaining requirements traceability throughout design, development, testing, acceptance, release, and deployment cycles in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate Government operational requirements into actionable product requirements and backlog items
- Conduct requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions to refine business needs
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability through design, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or requirements engineering
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise ITSM/ITOM or ServiceNow programs in a BA/Product Analyst role
