Business Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of embedded analytics within a reporting platform, the full-time remote Business Analytics Engineer will manage data quality, gather customer requirements, and design dashboards to provide self-service visibility into reporting data for radiology groups and health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Connect new data platforms to existing warehouses and troubleshoot data quality issues for customers
• Conduct discovery conversations with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable metrics and dashboards
• Apply statistical rigor to healthcare reporting data, ensuring accurate representation and understanding of metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data science, or business/BI analysis with customer-facing exposure
• Demonstrated fluency in AI tools and their application in data management and modeling
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries
• Experience with modern BI/semantic layer tools and familiarity with dbt/Snowflake-style modeling environments
• Ability to communicate data findings effectively to non-technical audiences, particularly in healthcare settings
