Job Summary
Building and managing analytic tools for leadership, the full-time remote Business Analytics Lead will connect data across various business functions to create integrated dashboards and analyses while informing executive decisions on KPIs and business trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, integrating data from multiple sources to create a single source of truth
- Translate leadership questions into structured analyses, providing recommendations based on pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and program performance
- Produce analytic content for business reviews and brief leadership on trends, risks, and performance shifts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a comparable analytical role
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI platforms, with advanced financial and operational modeling skills in Excel
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and analytic tools for senior executives
- Experience working with relational data and familiarity with SQL
- Bachelor's degree
