Job Summary
To support various business functions, the full-time Business Application Analyst I will gather and document business requirements, act as a liaison between IT and business areas, and manage project requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Organizes and leads small to medium project requirement meetings
- Creates documentation of business requirements and writes test cases for projects
- Conducts daily performance monitoring of business applications and supports UAT testing activities
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent project-based work experience
- Basic understanding of IT systems, platforms, and project methodologies
- Experience in requirements gathering and business processes
- Strong communication skills
