Job Summary
Working remotely or onsite, the full-time Business Application Analyst II will gather and document business requirements, serve as a liaison between IT and business areas, and collaborate with project teams to identify application solutions for various business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct impact assessments and gather requirements through interviews with impacted functional areas
- Create documentation of business requirements and collaborate with IT development staff to ensure correct implementation of system modifications
- Organize and lead project requirement meetings, and support user acceptance testing activities
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of related work experience, including 2 years in gathering business requirements and creating use cases
- Intermediate understanding of IT systems, platforms, and data flow
- Familiarity with systems development life cycle and general testing processes
- Experience in conducting training and presentations for users
