Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Applications Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business areas to recommend solutions and build quality requirements
- Translate user requirements into detailed functional requirements and prioritize them with delivery teams
- Analyze workflows for automation opportunities and support delivery teams during solution deployment
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience, including knowledge of Salesforce objects and automation processes
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira
- Ability to create documentation like process flows and business requirement specifications
- Salesforce admin certification is a plus
