Business Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation of packaged system software, the full-time Business Applications Analyst will manage configuration and administration, serve as a subject matter expert, and participate in process design and system testing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for application areas, including data definitions and business rules
- Assist in developing modification requirements and Interface Design Specifications for Packaged Software
- Perform discovery and fact-finding to execute assignments and provide consultative support to customers and business partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and coding development
- Strong understanding of application configuration and administration
- Ability to provide direction and support to junior staff members
