Business Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing integration team, the part-time contract Business Architect will translate a complex subscription billing model into actionable data requirements, guide stakeholders through the transition from a legacy accounting system to Zuora, and maintain communication and technical continuity during the handover period.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate the billing model in Zuora into data requirements for the integration team
• Lead business analysis for custom billing rules, revenue recognition, and reporting
• Facilitate stakeholder decisions and maintain communication throughout the transformation process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping
• Strong subscription and billing domain knowledge, covering recurring revenue and invoicing
• Data literacy with the ability to read pipeline logic and validate data flows
• Advanced English fluency for collaboration with a US-based finance team
