Business Architect Expert

Job Summary

To support strategic HR initiatives, the fully remote Business Architect Expert will lead complex business architecture efforts, translating enterprise needs into scalable HR processes and solutions while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Influence and advise senior HR and technology stakeholders on architecture and solution decisions to enhance business outcomes
• Lead end-to-end HR process redesign and employee experience improvements through capability mapping and root cause analysis
• Translate enterprise HR priorities into integrated process models and business architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR, HR technology, business architecture, or enterprise transformation
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with expertise in core business processes and configuration
• Experience leading complex HR transformation initiatives involving multiple functions and stakeholders
• Proven ability to architect end-to-end business processes and future-state operating models
• Experience collaborating with HR Business Partners and technology teams to develop integrated solutions
