Business Architect - Reinsurance
Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of innovative Duck Creek-based solutions in the reinsurance domain, the full-time remote Business Architect - Reinsurance will manage large program implementations, oversee solution development, and drive client engagement across strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and govern large Duck Creek programs with significant reinsurance scope, ensuring functional and architectural integrity
- Design, develop, and deploy reinsurance-focused solutions, translating client requirements into Duck Creek product designs
- Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to shape opportunities and position the company as a strategic engineering partner
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in system implementation and delivery leadership, preferably in SI/Consulting/Product Engineering environments
- 5+ years of reinsurance domain knowledge, specifically with Duck Creek Reinsurance
- Prior executive stakeholder management experience from onsite engagements in the US and exposure to global markets
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong delivery governance experience using Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices
